Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the J Valle Landscape LLC website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Services Description

J Valle Landscape LLC provides professional landscaping services including but not limited to landscape design, installation, maintenance, hardscaping, irrigation systems, and outdoor lighting for residential and commercial properties in the Florida Gulf Coast region.

Quotes and Estimates

All quotes and estimates provided are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified. Prices may vary based on actual site conditions discovered during the project. Significant changes to the scope of work will be discussed and agreed upon before proceeding.

Payment Terms

Payment terms are as follows:

• A deposit may be required for larger projects
• Final payment is due upon completion of services
• We accept cash, check, and major credit cards
• Late payments may incur additional fees

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service. Cancellations made with less notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. For ongoing maintenance contracts, please provide 30 days written notice to cancel.

Property Access and Safety

Clients agree to provide safe and reasonable access to their property for our team to perform services. Please secure pets and remove any valuable items from the work area. We are not responsible for damage to underground utilities, sprinkler systems, or other hidden structures unless their locations have been clearly marked.

Warranty and Guarantees

We stand behind our work. Plant materials are guaranteed for 90 days from installation, provided proper watering and care instructions are followed. Hardscape installations are guaranteed for one year against defects in workmanship. This warranty does not cover damage from acts of nature, misuse, or lack of proper maintenance.

Limitation of Liability

J Valle Landscape LLC's liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

Insurance

J Valle Landscape LLC maintains general liability insurance and workers' compensation insurance. Proof of insurance is available upon request.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Manatee County, Florida.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any modified terms.
